Quoin is a guidance and matching platform. We do not perform construction work, employ contractors as agents for your project, or guarantee project outcomes, pricing, availability, or contractor performance.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or submitting a project.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

When using Quoin, you agree to:

• Provide truthful project information and communicate in good faith.
• Use the Platform only for lawful home project planning and contractor discovery.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users and contractors.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Platform.
• Not scrape, copy, or misuse Platform content without our written permission.

Any agreement, estimate, schedule, or work performed with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor. Quoin is not a party to those agreements and does not control contractor pricing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or availability.

You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials, scope, contracts, permits, and payment terms before hiring. Recommendations on Quoin are informational and do not constitute endorsements, warranties, or professional advice.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including project descriptions and photos. By submitting content, you grant Quoin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content to operate, improve, and provide the Platform.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent project information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, contractors, or Quoin personnel.
• Upload malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
• Access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or misused the service.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Quoin does not guarantee that recommendations will result in a successful project, that contractors will respond, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Quoin's total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid Quoin, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
